Infrared Paint Dryer

Technilamp offers four different ranges of infrared paint dryers for all your panel beating needs. We also offer infrared paint curing lamps.

We offer the following units:

The Basic H Frame Unit in a single, double and triple lamp head infrared heater. The unit consists of a powder coated mild steel H-Frame. The Lamp unit can consist of a configuration of one, two or three 1.5KW lamp heads which can be adjusted up or down. The lamp heads can each be tilted horizontally. The frame is mounted on a set of swiveling castors of which the rear castors are lockable.

The Extended Coverage Unit consists of a powder coated mild steel frame with an actuating arm which is actuated by a manually lockable gas strut.

Three lamp heads are included and can be switched on or off independently. The lamp heads cater for any 600mm block end lamp up to 2000W (effectively bringing the maximum power of the system to 6kW).

The lamp head cluster is fully adjustable and lockable. The unit is easily maneuvered on its caster wheels which are hidden from sight and damage.

 There are available options in this unit for specific car paint drying purposes:

1.  Manually Variable

Like the basic unit you are able to select the lamps independently, however you are also able to control the power output of the lamps independently.

2. Automatic Temperature Control

Like the basic unit you are able to select the lamps independently, however the power to the lamps is controlled by the temperature control unit.

The desired temperature of the target area is entered into the temperature control unit, which controls the temperature of the target area automatically by varying the power to the selected lamp.

3. Timer function

Each one of the lamps can be set to activate and de-activate at an operator set pre-set time and power level.

4. Manuel Power Function

Each one of the lamps can be switched on or off independently and the power to each lamp can be controlled manually by the operator. 

5. Temperature Control Mode

Each one of the lamps can be switched on independently by the operator and controlled around the temperature the operator has set.

Our car paint drying dryers makes the process of drying quick and easy. The infrared light tubes are drying faster than ever. With a drying time up to 10 minutes, you do not have to wait anymore. Short wave heat dries the paint from the inside to the outside. The infrared paint dryer can be adapted to the requirements of the drying from the front. It is also possible to enable each light individually. The dryer has a drying surface of 1200 x 1000mm. The wheels underneath the frame make the infrared dryer easy to move.
