Our company provides customized solutions for customer specific applications. Specialised  UV-C conveyor systems for UV disinfection of food, UV Curing systems and IR Lamp drying systems/Dryers. Our conveyors and can be designed according to customer’s specific requirements, including the design and manufacture of the control panel.

UV-C Conveyor systems:

The UV- conveyor systems can be designed either for disinfection at the time of pre-packing, during the actual packing process or prior to sealing of the contents.

Fruit processing and packaging:

UV-C ideally replaces chlorine when washing and sterilizing smooth surface fruits such as berries. Also packaged ready-to-eat cut fruits. UV-C germicidal technology can be used in the whole processing process, from replacing chlorine in water to sterilization of the fruit and sterilization of the packaging.

Bakery:

Our UV-C systems sterilize the air in the spiral coolers of large commercial bakeries.
This greatly assists with the prevention of mould growth and extends the products shelf life.

Coil drying and moisture free system.

Each system is custom designed according to coil and duct size.

Delivers a continuous 24/7 dry, moisture free coil for free air flow.

The UV disinfection system has also been designed to disinfect bacteria on specialist’s ethnic bread lines such as Pita breads and Croissants.

Fresh meat:

UV-C is very efficient in killing bacteria in meat as well as extending the shelf life of meat. We offer a unique combination of UV-C and Ozone which kills bacteria and prevents the spoilage of meat surfaces. Research undertaken in Australia has confirmed that the unique combination of UV-C and Ozone extends the shelf life of hanging meat from 11-22 days. The systems can be installed in the cool room system at the time of construction or retrospectively.

UV Curing systems:

Our company provides customized solutions for customer specific applications. UV Curing systems capability is on the top and bottom of the conveyors and can be designed according to customer’s specific requirements, including the design and manufacture of the control panel.

Automated IR Dryers/Drying systems:

Custom designed infrared driers are ideal for quick drying of soil samples, chemicals, powders, rubber, moisture removal, etc

Conveying/Vibrating feeder:

The Technilamp feeder system effectively and efficiently feeds and conveys materials ranging from a few spoonful’s to tons per house.

Infrared drying:

The custom designed pans spread the material through the lateral length of the pan whilst our infra-red heating elements heat the material to the boiling point of water. The production set point is fully adjustable, thereby evaporating the water and drying the material. The drying process is designed around the quantity of moisture which needs to be removed.

Cooling:

If cooling is required after the drying process is completed the material is fed along a material dissemination pan and is cooled gradually avoiding condensation via a forced air cooling system.

Induct cleaning for restaurants:

This system converts cooking fat into CO² and vapour. It reduces fat build up in the induct extraction system resulting in the reduced possibility of fire hazards. Induct cleaning in restaurants is essential.

The New unique Technilamp system consists of lamp and driver combined, securely sealed in a metal casing. The system is designed for the reduction of fat build up in in-duct chimneys and the killing of smells before displacement to the environment.

Induct Air cleaning offices, etc:

Airbourne viruses move with the convection flow of air. The UV-C light is germicidal; it deactivates the DNA of bacteria by destroying their ability to reproduce. The airbourne virus is killed instantly when coming into contact within the radius of the UV-C irradiance area. HEPA filters are effective for dust, pollen and tobacco but only 50% effective on moulds. UV-C is highly effective against bacteria and viruses.
